Verification of the objective content and design of living and subsistence minimum

The monograph summarizes
- methodical approaches of analysis and evaluation of collected qualitative and quantitative information (existing legislation, the numeric data, especially from the Household Budget Survey) in the consumption expenditures of low-income households threatened by poverty,
- evaluation the fundamental conceptual changes in the structure and design of the subsistence minimum applied from the beginning of 2007; particular attention is paid to the advantages and disadvantages of a separate mode the social assistance in housing,
- outputs of minimization empirical data analysis of consumption expenditures on nutrition and other basic personal needs.
The analyzes indicated cognition that the revised real level of minimum subsistence of persons in households threatened by poverty compared to the situation reported from October 1, 2006 only partial disproportions. The significant difference showed in children with compulsory education from 6 to 15 years old.
