Methods of the pension contribution cap definition
Praha: RILSA, 2015. 63 pp. - ISBN 978-80-7416-222-0

The project maps presence of pension contributions cap in European countries, Canada and the United States. The paper provides comparative analysis of data collected and formulates recommendations for the Czech Republic. Based on the evidence collected, the authors recommend to define the pension contribution cap at interval of 300 and 500 percent of the average wage in the Czech Republic. They also recommend that the Czech Republic should avoid changing current legal definition of the contribution cap until the long term goals of the Czech pension policy are clarified.
