Description:

Using the developed, certified method, the project will enable continuous monitoring of labour costs and concentration of internationally comparable data on CZ, EU and possibly USA. It will create room for impartial and unbiased interpretation of labour cost formation in the reproduction of social and economic relations and competitiveness of Czech companies on European and global markets.
With regard to irrelevant data and necessity to use multiple sources for labour cost monitoring, it is difficult to make an international comparison. Therefore, it will be necessary to develop a single methodology and to identify sources required for monitoring:
– labour costs;
– unit labour costs at the national and comparable price level;
– and analysing factors in unit labour cost development; and
– labour share in unit costs.
