|End of project:||2011|
The aim of the project was to make an analysis of job vacancies since 2008 that are registered in the existing database of reported job vacancies maintained by labour offices and at the same time to test another method of gathering these data which could replace this database in the context of cancelled duty of employers to report job vacancies. In addition to that, the project included an evaluation of existing on-line databases of job vacancies operated by private agencies, a selection and purchase of one of the databases, and an evaluation of its usability for state administration purposes. The output of the project was a “Police Paper”, which contains an analysis of job vacancy development since 2008 based on the data of the MoLSA’s integrated portal (the system “OK práce”). The second part of the output is an evaluation of job vacancy databases existing on the marker (e.g. databases operated by companies LMC, s.r.o., Monster worldwide, Profesia.cz, etc.) and a comparison of one of them with the current job vacancy database operated by the MoLSA. The said research also included draft methodological instructions and recommendations for operating a new system of data collection monitoring the demand side of the labour market.
