The project focuses on the abuse of non-insurance social benefits and on questions concerning the relationship between their extent and income gained from economic activity. The resulting analysis includes six sub-analyses, the first of which deals with relationships between Czech price levels and incomes in the Czech Republic and neighbouring countries. The second addresses the social policy concept post 2010, i.e. the consequences of the so-called Drábek reforms. The third sub-analysis examines the possibility of the payment of social benefits at a value of CZK 90 000 in the Czech Republic. The fourth and fifth sub-analyses provide information on the abuse of social benefits in Austria and Slovakia. The final sub-analysis focuses on the potential for the abuse of non-insurance social benefits in the Czech Republic and the modelling of those income situations of individuals (households) which will lead to their being motivated to both find and keep a job.
