Description:The project dealt with labour relations and working conditions in the central public administration in the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia and Estonia. The team of the Research Institute for Labour and Social Affairs conducted a study for the Czech Republic, which focused primarily on the key characteristics of central public administration in the Czech Republic, including working conditions in the sector, reform efforts in the central public administration and their political, economic and socio-cultural context, and recent changes affecting social dialogue and working conditions in the sector. The study also attempted to evaluate the results of these changes, relying on an analysis of available data and publications, and interviews with representatives of the central public administration on the part of employees and employers and experts on the subject.
